    Default "Panter" XTS impres Batts...

Noticed he/she is selling NiCad XTS impres (HNN9031B) batteries with a date code of 948.

Has anyone bought batteries of Panter before?

Being a few years old, probably without a charge for quiet sometime, would I get the full capacity of them if the impres charger does its thing?

I believe the warranty period is based on the date code.. so as long as you're happy buying batteries that aren't gauranteed to do anything in particular, I guess its cool.

As for me - I went out of my way to get fresh, genuine Motorola batteries for a good reason

Motorola is now offering a three year warranty, n instead of the of the customary year warranty on purchases of Impress batteries. My understanding is that this change took place on July 1, 2012. Food for thought.
