    Default Old Dispatch Console?

I saved this from the dumpster last fall and finally got around to cleaning the 40+ years of dust off of it. Looks like an old dispatch console of some kind. It has pins on one end and a matching socket on the other, so it appears they can be connected end-to-end. Mid to late 50's I'm guessing?

Sure looks one of the old Quik-Call I tone encoder. Used the 2+2 tone format.
