    hello how can to repair the radio in the problems?

    If you have a saved copy of the codeplug channel data, try writing it to the radio again. If it will not take it you have a major problem. There are no special tools or "lab" software for the XTS3500 that a dealer could use to restore it. The radio is no longer supported by Motorola, and I don't even know if they will fix them anymore. You may have a radio that can not be fixed. Keep the case to fix a XTS3000 but the boards are probably junk.

    The problem is you are not going to find a codeplug with the serial number and flash to match your radio. Without a "lab" tool, you can't put a codeplug from one radio into another, and no such tools exist for that radio. Like I said you may really have a bad problem.
