Default Accidental Feature Activation (EID) in TRBO CPS

Anybody know the procedure on how to reverse/un-register a device accidentally enabled in TRBO CPS?

I registered a unit that I did not want to activate it on. I registered it but did not activate the feature in the particular unit.

    Can Motorola reverse it?

hoser said they did not activate it, only registered it. If you try to register it on the device it was meant for is the EID used up/1 less?

Correct, I registered it, but did not activate it.

The EID has been applied to the serial number of a radio that I do not wish to use/apply the EID to.

I know...odd. Had an itchy finger and I was hooked up to the wrong radio when I pulled the trigger!

Pretty sure I've read somewhere....maybe on the EID email, that a call can be made to reverse it.

    I'll call em and ask

Yes, I've made that mistake before in the past and they were able to get it straight with a phone call to support. I was actually surprised at how easy it was.
