On which model of Harris radio? And do you mean J2R18HXX and F9R0XX, or something else?

    Cheers,

I haven't had any problems, but I'm running 800 MHz subscribers. What kind of problems are you experiencing?

    Cheers,

    thank you for the reply

my set up is 2 M7100 on one control head.
the old code that was in place wasJ2R18F04 / F9R06GO2.

The new code / DSP which i read from another radio and saved to file. the newer code
    R9A07 / R18H.

i put it in both radios in my dull radio one head set up.

when done the radios went in to a loop of reboot up over and over again again.

i put back the older radio code and dsp and it works fine.

at this point i guess that the newer code that i took and saved from the host radio.
must some how be screwed up or missing a file or string with in it.

what is your take on this
    thanks again for your help
    JC

I know that in the past there have been versions of radio code that don't play nicely with the multi-radio setups. If you can't get it to work, I would contact the Harris PSPC TAC and see if they can offer any advice. It may be a bug, and in that case it should definitely be reported. I'm not sure if they will do anything for the M7100, but you never know. Lately they have been more focused on the ECP code for the newer 5300/7300 platforms.

    Cheers,
    SD.

reading the flash from a radio is a bad thing 2do, you need to first find out what hardware is in the radio then put in the right files for it.
i can help with that if you need
