Default Would TRILL audio enhancement help native Hawaiian speakers?

In Hawaii working on a large multi-island TRBO system. Many of the users are having a hard time understanding many native Hawaiian speakers. I can confirm that the normal trailing off of talking volume and/or moving the mouth away from the mic makes it worse. But, has anyone has success using TRILL audio enhancement to try to make the speech more clear? Thank you, FB.

I get the same complaints from users on our system only they're all english speakers so not sure if TRILL would help. You are correct, if they will give it enough voice and keep their volume consistent it will be much better. The users that tend to lower their speaking volume and pull the mic away toward the end of their transmission are the ones that other users have a hard time understanding.
