Default Tait TP9400 programming cable source

    Hi y'all,

Looking for options in finding a Tait TP9400 series programming cable? I've reached out to our local Tait dealer but haven't gotten anything back from them yet. Are there any other national sources or other branches I should reach out to for finding a cable?

    Thanks!

It's the same as the TM9300 and TM9100 cable AFAIK.
It is a fine thing to be honest, but it is also very important to be right

TM or TP? I believe it is the same as the TP91 (not sure on the 93 but I assume so) but requires an adapter plug from what I can tell.

My bad. Yes, it is the same as the TP9300 the two radios have identical hardware.

The TP9x adapter plugs on to the RJ conn of the TM9x USB or serial cable.

As for source, we're running into the same issue. Ever since Tait married up with the Harris NA channel partners, response from the dealers has been very delayed.

Sounds like a candidate for 3D printing.

Yay. Sounds like a fun battle to get in to. I ended up just ordering a couple from an ebay listing of some dealer down under Aussie so who knows how long those will take to come in.

Ok I have the Tait TP9400 and ended up getting a programming cable from down under as well. If I remember right,It took about a week to two weeks to come from down under to Maryland just outside the DC Metro area which is not bad in my book at all. The cable came from Melbourne,AU when I ordered it in July.

Must be the same place I ordered from then. Placed the order on 11/1 and scheduled for delivery to western NC on Tuesday. Not bad here either. Now to get the CPS and and running.
