Default PD36x not suitable for ultra low RF power

After experimenting with tweaking of power output with a Hytera PD362i, I've come to the conclusion that users shouldn't try to adjust power of the low RF setting below about 0.5 watts in an effort to improve battery life. Doing so causes the TX to overshoot in DMR and has a quite detrimental impact on received BER. A shame, as my office is directly under the repeater and I could quite happily run on 10mW for days on one charge.
