    Default Hamcation 2020

I am sure hoping to make it to Hamcation in a couple weeks.
    Never been there.
Happen to have a trip sked to be near there, so will drive up and see.

I caught that fest 15 years ago, it was great. Plenty of parking, plenty of tailgate bargains and the vendors inside were well stocked and had great deals. Allow yourself lots of time to take it all in. 73 de Vern

Flight booked from the UK . Hamcation is my favorite US hamfest, gets me away from the cold and rain. I follow it up the week later meeting friends at the Yuma Hamfest, a much smaller event but good fun .

As usual, I am going. Might post some larger things for sale that I will haul out for pickup.

Bring warm clothes. The high temps will be in the low to mid 60ís. Thatís in Fahrenheit for you Canucks willing to risk your freedoms to cross the border. GARY.

Low to mid 60's is shorts weather! Warm clothes don't come out until it drops below 40F.

Anyone want or need an 8 channel Motorola Digitac comparator voter? I am open to trades offers. I will haul it to the Hamcation if there is any interest. It looks good and passes all tests.

The weather was cool and a bit breezy today but ok and better weather forecast for Saturday . I got a couple of Racal 25s and a beat up Astro Saber3 so no big spends yet.

    Now back home in Nevada.
    First time to Hamcaction.
I have been to many hamswaps that this one is very good.
Wish it was not about 2500 miles from home.
I would recommend this hamswap to people that would be nearby or have a reason to be in Fla in Feb.

I used to go to Dayton because it was drivable. Florida is just a bit too far for a weekend trip.
