    bang VP600 Programming Cable issue

I have been unsuccessful with programming this unit.
Built a cable based on the diagram on this site and also purchased one from RF guys. I cant get either to work. No option to read or write. I have tried it on different versions of windows 7,10. I am not sure what I am missing.
Armada says it installed the driver.
    Running Armada 1.28.8

Not aware of what diagram on this site you're referencing, but FWIW, it is not the same as any Astro 25 or Astro radio. I bought an OEM EFJ cable off Ebay for $69 shipped and works perfectly. I have not cracked it open but I suspect there is a one wire driver IC in the headshell of the radio connector itself.
Your streaming makes me AES-256. Keep it up and you'll soon have nothing to listen to.

Someone made one and posted the wiring diagram. The one from RFguys stated it was for VP600 and the one that was built used a vp600 speaker mic. Time to find a OEM cable.

It's also different than the earlier EFJ 5100s and similar. Even though the connector is the same, the pinout is different. I did have an extra OEM cable but pretty sure I sold it.

Can you link to which wiring diagram you used?

It was my diagram and it is straight through from USB to the mic connector. 4 wires (USB DATA + / USB DATA - / POWER / GROUND
