    Default TX Inhibit

Is the only way to TX Inhibit an MCS2000 thru the ignition switch setting? I have looked everywhere and can't find anything else.

    Thanks in advance

You can enable/disable TX inhibit from the menu. If TxIN doesn't already appear in the menu you'll need to open the codeplug in CPS and add it to the menu. In CPS go to Radio Configuration, Display & Menu and select Menu items tab. Scroll thru the Available items for TxIN, highlight it and click the Add button. Now it should show up in the menu and it can be enabled/disabled form there.

A quick FYI - I'm not sure about the mobiles, but with the portables, if you have a function selected for a switch or button, the menu item may not show up, you will have to de-program the conflicting setting, then the menu entry will re-appear. Many of the menu entries for things are dependent on other features to make them appear or not in the selection list.
