So I tried to write some 440 freq's to my XPR6550 and i got a message that due to the 2013 narrowband mandate, only 12.5 KHz channels are allowed to be written. 440 is 25KHz standard as far as I know. So i had to make my 440 12.5KHz. The Pro Series CPS is the same way. Its like January 1, 2013 opened up a big can of worms.

You'll need to call Motorola and get a wideband entitlement ID if you want to program any 25khz channels.

For Trbo CPS you can order an entitlement ID. For any other CPS, there is a class you have to take, online, which allows acces to 25khz tools and/or EIDs for all the new packages. Of course, you must have a valid subscription.....
