Default Minitor IV Frequency Spacing question

I have a Minitor IV VHF 151.000-159.000 that I need to program to receive 154.0325 frequency. It will only accept 154.0300 or 154.0350. I have not been able to test it yet to see if this will still activate the pager with the proper tones programmed. The question I have is, is there a way to change the frequency spacing on the pager and if so is it a hardware or a software issue? The other question I have is will this pager still tone out if I program it for 154.0300 or 154.0350 when the signal it is receiving is truely being sent on 154.0325? Can anyone help or offer some insight? Thanks!

Its both a software and hardware issue. The software will not accept the splinter freq you want. The pagers synt hardware is not set up to create the freq you want. there is good news though. If you go into the service menu you can warp the pager the 2.5 khz you need. The only downside is that if you have more than 1 channel this may mess up the other one. You could do a .125 khz warp and accept a bit of degredation in performance.

When you say service menu do you mean the engineer data or the advanced engineer data? Or are you looking at something totally different. I feel that this should be easier then it has been. I'm missing something that is obviously right in front of me.

you need to realign the freq osc. it is either a pot on the circuit board or its a soft pot in the CPS. I would have to install the software to check.
