It doesn't need a reflash, you have a corrupt codeplug.

If you have a codeplug saved from the radio, then open it up and write it to the radio. If this doesn't work, more advanced methods of recovery will be required.

    Cheers,
    Matt

Thread moved to the correct forum. XTS3000 isn't an ASTRO25 radio, its a legacy ASTRO series.

    Couple things

    1. The XTS3000 is not a ham POS radio. Motorola doesn't designate different generations of radios like ICOM. There is no such thing as an XTS3000 mark 3
    2. Don't PM a moderator asking them for a copy of your codeplug. The odds of them having a codeplug for your radio are lower then them having a copy of your latest credit card statement. You wouldn't ask a moderator (or anyone else) for a copy of that, would you?
    3. In CW, DE means "from". 73 means "best regards" Your signature literally means "from best regards"
    4. Evidently you are too stupid to even be a ham radio operator. Go to radioreference and post your nonsense over there. We don't have time for your type.

We were generous with you. You got four strikes. Goodbye.

Good call with the user tag Pez. It's funny and original.

That's funny. I heard that in Oz you have to sit an oral exam to get a ham license. He may never learn prosigns as that's a very unfortunate call to have for cw ops.

For Standard and Advanced classes, it's two multiple choice theory exams and a practical test.

The F-call (Foundation) is a two day course with a practical at the end.

    "D'OH!"

    Obligatory, considering MattSR's avatar
