    Default Trbo software acquisition issues

    Hey everyone,

Recently purchased a XPR 6550 and I am attempting to acquire the software.

Here's what I've done so far:
    1) Create MOL account. Check
    2) Sign License Agreement. Check

Now here is where I have a problem. When I search for or input part numbers for the trbo software, I get nothing returned.
Here where the next problem comes in: I know I have to pay for the software. No problem. If only I could find the area on the website or the numbers I need to purchase the software.

So here is what I am asking from ya'll: Do I just need to wait a little longer for Motorola's system to properly setup my account or something? Am I doing something wrong? Am I overlooking something somewhere? Or do I just need to break down and call Motorola see if they can get me straightened out?

I have to admit that this is a new adventure for me as all my radios have been other than Motorola until this point.

    Thanks
    Andrew

Call motorola and get them to add the software to your catalog, Then you can order it.

Then be prepared to wait. And then wait. Might as well order it from them on the phone and then tell you want to be able to download it. Otherwise wait for the DVD to be mailed.
