Default Programming an original Advisor pager

Was going through stuff the other day and found my original Advisor pager

    Its VHF 512 baud POCSAG

Its amazing to think how far technology has come so fast, wasnt too long ago these things were the cats ass

For nostalgic sake, i'd like to try to program it and do something with it

Can anyone advise the proper software to use on it?

I found Advisor PPS R06.00.00 online, but cant get it to read, unsure if its my interface or wrong software

I remember I used to have a 3 channel Motorola numeric pager on VHF. It was the top display, side slide switch and had the 2 buttons on the front. There was a certain key sequence when starting the pager up to change the channel when I went from one area on the statewide coverage area to another. Had a 1-800 number and everything. LOL Sometimes I miss the simplicity.
