    Default Motorola TDN9390D Cable

I've got a TDN9390D KVL Cable that I'd like to modify to keyload EFJ's as well.

My question is this, how the hell do I get the radio side connector apart without destroying it?

Some of the Non Motorola cables I've seen simply un-snap, but that doesn't appear to be the case for these (unless of course, I'm missing something).

    TIA,

    -B

I used a really small metal pry tool (letter opener) to pop the seam out. Fit it between the outside molding and the rubber gasket. It comes apart easy.

Also start at the top (where the cable is coming out) I tend to have an easier time when I work it that way. I also take the rubber part off first and put it on last.
