    Default CPN1050 to CPN1048 - Compatibility

Quantars and Astro-Tacs aren't my area of expertise, so I'll ask this question... we have a bunch of Astro-Tacs with the CPN1050 power supply (265 W), and a handful of spare CPN1048 (625 W) supplies floating around. Can I use the 1048s in the Astro-Tacs in a pinch?

I suspect the only difference would be the 28V buss on the CPN1048 for use on the high output final power amplifier. You might tear one open and see if that is the only visual difference.
