Default Astro Mobile No RX Audio

    Model D04KKH9PW7AN
    Codeplug 000C
    Firmware 11.24.00.00
    DSP Software N08.03.02
    System Package G48
    Flashcode 100001-000000-7
    External codeplug size 8812

I purchased the above radio. The radio has no audio output. I looked on the command board and
discovered that someone had blown the audio amp. I purchased a new audio amp from Motorola and
installed it. Still no Audio out. I am new to astro radios. What else could be causing the no audio? The radio
has no error codes when powering on and transmits OK.

I would like to read the radio with RSS 9.03.00 but get "codeplug to new error" Could some one give me an old
codeplug to put into the radio so I can use this software.

I can read the radio s record with MTSXlab R02.00.01 but I can not unpack it. I can not read the codeplug I get an
    "unrecoverable block error"

There are two diodes and a transistor on the bottom of the command board that get blown out when the audio IC gets blown up. Also 6 capacitors in the circuit that may be bad.

    Thank you for the reply.
I will look at those also.
I was thinking about just replacing the command board since
I do not know what happened to the radio.

I have a HLN5558K command board that Motorola says the replacement is a HLN5558M.
I can get a HLN5558L for a resonable price. What is the difference
    between a "L" and an "M" board.

I may have responded twice. Sorry about that I did not know which reply to click on.

Bare in mind MTSXLab can not unpack the Astro SREC.
