Ok we just simulated the exact same thing here. 19.15 firmware. APX6000XE AN flavor.

No issues seen whatsoever. We could get it to cut out on facemask seal but no issues with rsm and bluetooth, we tried all positions without issues. Stretched the cordset out and retracted, all positions.

I'm scratching my head and going back to poor signal and loose facepiece being the culprit on your original video.

Maybe others can run this test with different flavors of firmware also.

Not being an expert on fire protective clothing, just wondering could it be multipath reflections / destructive interference rather than just attenuation / signal levels alone?

Do you have any BER info besides just signal levels for when it happens?
