APX MACE versions

Did anyone ever get a break down of what the various MACE versions translated into? (e.g. I mostly see SHYW03, but I know one other member here had an APX7000 with SHYW05.)
What are the various versions and what's the difference?

The 02 version is the bad one (developmental version). The others are OK.

Thankss....I do recall hearing about the 02 version being DEV. But any info on the difference(s) between 03 and 05, or others?

Thanks Mars. I've got a true bona fide XE (even with FM rating) but it has the 03 chip.
