Anyone got an APX to pair successfully with a built-in vehicle bluetooth system?

Vehicle is a GM and when I pair the subscriber, it can see the vehicle and the vehicle shows a pairing code to confirm (but not have to "enter"). On the subscriber, I confirm the code, and when I confirm it in the car, it appears to successfully add in the car, but the subscriber shows "BT Profiles not supported" and fails to pair.

I'm pretty sure it isn't compatible with this type of "blue tooth", but is there no way to treat the in-car BT as a "headset" like any other COTS earpiece?

Subscriber is R14.00.04 and BT mode is "LF MPP & Standard".
I'm able to pair successfully with a Plantronics COTS headset with no issues.

Probably not. I have found that Moto's BT offerings don't even cross-pollinate within their own product line.

Same here, I can pair not only with a COTS Plantronics headset but also with a HP BT speaker (which sounds awesome, BTW), but not with a Volkswagen Jetta.

Tried the same thing with an APX7000, APX7000XE, and a APX 6000XE. All 3 would pair with a home BT speaker but would not pair with my 2013 Dodge Avenger.
Gave up figuring there was something blocking the successful paring process.

Not sure what the TRBO line uses for Bluetooth, but I was able to pair my XPR7550 with a Ford Escape BT system.
