Having difficulty managing the audio settings on an APX6000Li.
Using a SWAT-type headset with a 3m/Peltor PTT adapter
Headset is verified good with older (HT1000) radio and adapter
Problem: audio from headset boom mic is remarkably lower than output from internal radio mic
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Mike

Check the accessory audio settings in CPS?

I would check the radio with a factory speaker mic. If it sounds okay that would point to the headset, if not that would point to something in the audio profile settings.

Unfortunately some 3rd party/aftermarket audio accessories just do not work well with APX radios, even though they may work okay with other model Moto radios.
