It's a little different with a 10 year old radio, you did disassemble it and with it age it could have damaged a flex or stressed a board. The 02-90 means

General DSP Hardware Failure Turn the radio off, then on.
(DSP startup message not received correctly)

So the CPU didn't properly receive the start up message from the DSP chip. check that area of the board and see if you can find a cold solder joint. Maybe reflow that section of the board carefully with hot air.
