I have a Astro Spectra Plus high power W3 radio, I have CPS R20.00.00 and today my new HKN6155B cable came in, the CPS says the code plug is incompatible and to upgrade the CPS.
I have Astro Spectra Plus CPS R02.01.00 from several sources but all ask for disk #1 and are looking for "tutorial/drgdrop.hlp" file and will not load, I assume the plus is no longer supported and the Astro 25 CPS is, so I understand the need to tread lightly but could use some input here, I was told the Astro 25 CPS would read the radio.

I don't think it is a good idea to discuss the installation of pirated copies of currently-supported Motorola products here in an open forum. Sorry. There is only one legitimate source for the software, not several.

That being said, to save space on a hard drive, one might select "custom" during the installation process and un-tick the "Tutorials" option.
