So, I do a lot of codeplugs, and use all the short cuts such as import/export and drag & drop pretty extensively. Learned something new today though. When using the "overwrite" function when doing drag & drop for trunking systems, it doesn't actually 'overwrite' so much, as simply 'add'. For instance, if you drag a system over with 20 control channels in it, and there are 10 control channels in the existing 'old' system and you overwrite, you end up with 30 control channels. Also, if you say had a site alias list in the 'old' system, but none in the new, the old list remains intact after the overwrite. This particular one bit me in the @ss today. So, lesson learned...always 'add to beginning' or 'add to end' for the new system, then delete the old.
