With so many converting radios from one split to another it might be usefull to have some basic tuning values for the various splits. You radio probably will not operate 100% with these values but they should be close enough to confirm good codeplug/bandsplit and tuning.

NOTE: these are for reference only you sould realign your radio properly.

here is a set of known working VHF J split ASTRO Spectra

osc (161.9875) 71
high (136.0125)(145.0125)(157.0125)(161.9875) 85,84,84.84
med (136.0125)(145.0125)(157.0125)(161.9875) 83,83,83,84
low (136.0125)(145.0125)(157.0125)(161.9875) 109,108,108,108
dev (136.0125)(145.0125)(157.0125)(161.9875) 44,49,42,42
lmt (140.5750)(151.0750)(159.4750) 15018,12552,12518
cnt (136.0125)(145.0125)(157.0125)(161.9875) 7,7,7,7

Please feel free to copy down your tuning info and post it here for others to use as a reference.

XTL1500 UHF "S" split 450-512

Reference Oscillator - (519.975) = 254. Found it 300hz low in frequency, and adjusted softpot down to 240 to raise frequency.

Receiver Front End Tuning (typical RSSI around 52, adjustments did little to improve):
450.075 = 85, 455.625 = 95, 463.625 = 110, 473.325 = 128, 484.925 = 142
485.075 = 142, 490.875 = 154, 496.675 = 166, 508.325 = 193, 519.925 = 215

Sensitivity at 443Mhz = 0.25uv/12db SINAD (out of above range). 452Mhz and 469Mhz same spec of 0.25uV. Interesting how the tuning numbers above seem to be a continuation of the "Q" range 380-470 model.
