I suspect it's for Latin America or other countries. Been seeing a good amount of black and yellow housings model 2 and 1.5 housings hitting auction sites lately new. Just the case housing with flex speaker etc. The top name tag says "policia nacional" with pnc2010 as model type variance instead of the motorola and xts name. Any insight? Just a foreign xts series portable with a name on it like nypd had or has there radios tagged?
