CC Gold Elite... ACIM

So I am attempting without success to setup an ACIM card in a CC Gold Elite CEB.
I have the programming complete and created the export file and all that.
Issue I'm having is I can't seem to upload the ACIM card.
I have tried with the serial card over the BIM and over the ACIM card. Neither work.
I am certain I am just doing it wrong. What is the procedure for uploading an ACIM interface on a CC CEB?
Please be detailed as I know CC farily well but ACIM is new to me on the CC and I am at a loss here. Rest of the CEB works.
I have a number of other BIM's in place configured and operational, it's JUST the ACIM that is out of my wheelhouse.

Super simple...

(assuming you are using an AUX1 above the BIM for power and connectivity to the ACIM)

Connect the programming cable to the front of the ACIM, port labeled TTY
Move the jumper behind it from Norm to Term (power can be on when you move the jumper around)
MUPL the file as normal, matching the BIM TDM assignment to the ACIM. (They are married)
Once programming is complete, move the jumper back to Norm.

That's it.

Thank you for the info.. I was NOT doing that. And had no idea that was how it was done.
Gonna be able to get this project moving forward now.
