To be pedantic, only appears to be the high-power 25-40 watt units. 1-25 watters are still available... which strikes me as odd. Anyone want to take bets on the entire CDM family surviving 2014?

Other than lowband, is there anything the CDM family provides that TRBO doesn't?

That product line has probably run longer than anything Motorola has ever sold.

Arguably its one of Motorola's better radios. Easy to program, has a great feature set... I've got CDM radios "in service" for DSD and TRUNK88 and have used them for a multitude of other things like Packet. They're easy to interface from and they "just work". A large two way outfit up here used them for a networked Passport system instead of repeaters for years as well.
