Was wondering if anyone had run into this issue before. Installed CPS 11 on my desktop. Seemed to operate just fine, can open saved codeplugs but when I attempt to save any codeplug I get error #1839, that I am missing files. I've tried doing a repair of the installation, uninstalling and reinstalling, making sure all critical updates are installed but all to no avail. Anyone know of a fix?

Uninstall the program, delete all folders that are left over, delete all registry keys, that are left over, download the software again from MOL, and reinstall.

Here is the update. I've experienced the problem both on windows 7 x64, and 8.1 x64 but had it run just fine on another 7 x64 machine. I uninstalled, cleaned the registry, removed old folders, installed the latest version all of it to no avail. After working with a tech from Motorola (who was very pleasant and responsive!) we determined that it had to be run in XP SP3 compatibility mode. We didn't find the root cause of the problem but at least I can save code plugs now.
