CS7000 service manual for the IDA VOIP/TRC board.

Any on have the service manual either from Harris or IDA? Can't find it on Tech-link.

I have a bad CS7000 here. NO RX audio and USB A is extremely slow and doesn't complete a full read cycle. Jumpers are set to installation manual, audio paths are correct (both verified off other working CS7000) and still ZERO audio is heard through the local speaker from any source.

I too would like a copy of that manual. I have been tasked to design something around that configuration and would like very much to see how it interfaces. Thanks

Appears the board is bad is damaged in this CS7000. USB read/write is also partially failing.
