Voice storage (record and playback) is thing of the past. The Minitor 6 still has it, but they aren't DMR.

Tallysman is a company that I heard a long time ago might be introducing something, but Motorola took away a lot of the feature licensing for the 6000 and 7000 series Option boards..so much cool stuff we saw at the road shows didn't get implemented.

Now we can just hope for the 'e' models!


BUT: The 7000 can play pre-recorded messages using the custom wav file import feature. And quite well. Just be prepared to lose a little of the high and low octals of the audio.
