DMR Codeplug Modification Tools

I have seen at least two threads where there are tools to modify MotoTRBO Codeplugs.

I would like to look at the codeplug files to auto generate codeplugs for various reasons.

Is there anybody that you would be willing to share how to decode and encode codeplugs?

Sorry, this cannot be discussed on the website. Motorola has been "accommodating" of our tools so far, as they're radio improvement utilities. We're not going to push the bar.
