I spoke with them at length about this about a year ago and got them to put it on the roadmap. Supposedly they have an idea of how much it will cost and how to do it. The difficult part is the software engineering. Sadly they have not dedicated any engineering resources and probably never will. In taking a look at their recent product offerings for software it may be best this thing never sees the light of day? :p

Considering how dysfunctional the software is in the current 5550 (especially anywhere Connect+ is involved), I'd rather them fix some of those issues rather than adding yet another point of failure.
