I am learning to setup MotoTRBO radio management system.
Here is my setting.
PC:
Windows 7 32 bits
Software:
NA CPS R11 , RM server , RM Device programmer , RM Job Processer (CPS, RM Server and programmer in same PC) and firmware package.
MR:
XPR6550 X 10 , XPR6350 X 5
Now I can read write but can't add firmware package. And report "Failed to load data, No matching package(s) exist."
Any different between RM and CPS firmware package?

You cannot push firmware to Gen 1 radios over RM (6550, 4550, etc). Took me a while to figure it out, but it is in the RM Planner. FB
