SUBJECT: APX Mobile/Portable Unit Emits Loud Background Noise

SYMPTOMS: APX unit emits loud background noise (buzz) during analog voice receive operation. Only units with HW encryption enabled operating on SecureNet/Analog mixed mode channels with Hear Clear Noise Cancellation / Flutter Fighter enabled are affected.
