HT1000 recase issue

I recased an OLD HT1000 with a New case I have ,but it's missing the small spring loaded plug in the accessory connector. I have a box of old cases to rob one from ,but how do you get it out ?


These are the parts from the service manual;

3205160W01 SEAL

2205159W01 PIN

Both are listed as Actuator for S101

Hi there, MAC. You only need that plunger actuator if you use the P. S. speaker mic with the antenna on it. It switches the radio over to the ext antenna contacts on the side connector. The plunger pops out of the housing.

Hello Will ,I will have to see if I can force one out of an old case. I may just seal it shut ,I don't need that option.
