Hallo , I want to know if it was possible with some tools to import and export the contact list from any CPS.

Open both codeplugs. Drag and drop the contacts from one codeplug to the other.

If this is about Motorola radios & SW, the info is given in the CPS manual 'MotoTRBO CPS Online Help, use F1.
Expand the tree and look for 'Intro...', General Functions...', 'Copy and Paste of Elements', it's all explained there.

Thanks ... ok but i want to know if is possible import and export my contact list in one format type db or xlm table , for to change or add e new contact ?

Did you read the title of this forum? ("The Forum for Radio Professionals"). Did you read the CPS "help" file?
