The XPR7550 came with a 2150mAh IMPRES battery. When powering up the radio, a message is displayed telling me that there is an IMPRES battery.
I just got two brand-new 2250mAh batteries, both with labels identifying them as Motorola IMPRES batteries, but neither displays the message on power up. The battery level "gauge" is on the screen with all three batteries.
My charger is an IMPRES WPLN4243A, Ver 3.90.
Is the message supposed to always come up?
