Job Ticketing on 7550

We have a fleet of 40 7550s, and we're exploring options for job ticketing on them. I see there's an integrated menu for tickets, but most of the tools I've found so far (TRBOnet and Teldio) just use a combo of straight text messaging and quick texts. For the crew that'll be using these, it'd be much better if we could use the integrated menus. TRBOnet has a bit more functionality that we'd need as well - we wouldn't need the GPS tracking or call recording or any of that. Primary focus is just the job ticketing. Analytics would definitely be a plus.

Any suggestions? It's a hotel environment, if that helps give some background.
Thanks!

Job Ticketing

Call John Seymour at Tallysman http://www.tallysman.com/lbwi-mototrbo.php. Tell him Todd from Versatronix sent you. He has a Job Ticket / Work Order solution that I'm pretty sure makes use of that functionality. It uses pre-defined forms that can be completed and processed on the radios. They call it Job Ticket DIspatch.

Hope this helps!
Todd

I have responded to Ross in a PM.

But this is what my firm does, and why I am in Vegas for CPE / IWCE this week.

By the way the new repeater is NICE !! But we will have to wait till Q2 to get one.

At that time both the VHF & UHF models will be available.

I can confirm phonebuffs products works well. I have also used his competitors product (Streetrek from comtran). Both work well, but I think phonebuffs product has better support. FB

So why don't we get the disclosures out of the way and say who it is we're representing here

Sorry,

I did not want to violate any policies by appearing to post an advertisement here..

Our product is software as a service for MOTOTRBO(tm) and we operate as DAPage, LLC. We are a Gold Level Partner with a license for NA, EMEA and LACR. Support is available for everything from a Control Station and a few portables, to Connect Plus Rev 1.5

Currently we are processing in excess of 100K work orders per month to various customers radios.

It is good to have an ADP or whatever they are calling it this week here amongst us in the community. I am sure the mods would have no problem with saying your company or product name within context, but far be it for me to speak on their behalf. I personally don't see it as advertising in this instance.

ETA: Now that wireless mic guy on the other hand.........

These days we are part of Partner Empower and specifically our company is a Gold Chanel Partner, Professional and Commercial Radio Application Provider. This changed about 8 months ago. The old Application Development Program is gone.
