I went to try to get APX CPS 23 last night and found my subscription/entitlement had expired, whoops. No big, will just purchase a new... wait what, when I hit Shop, it takes me to the storefront, but then pops up a graphic that says "you've stumbled into the Canadian store, piss off, you should be in the US store" and tries to redirect me there. The US store detects correctly that I have a Canadian IP and sends me to the Canadian store, and so on, infinite redirect loop.
Filed a ticket, they said yeah, we know, it's a bug affecting a lot of people, no ETA to fix. If you really need to shop, call the 800 number.
