Just received APX SUs programmed with R23 ...

Latest version I can see on MOL is 22.00.05

Motorola rep said "This is a first" and suggested calling tech support tomorrow AM.

So as of right now I have 11 boxes of SUs that are paperweights.

Anyone else bump into this?

CPS R23 was up on MOL for a day or two, then they took it down. It's mentioned briefly in the R23 firmware thread.

For me, on MOL, CPS 22.00.05 is the last version I see, but on MyView I have 23.00.01. Release date: 2/1/21

It's still in MyView. They've been trying to get away from MOL for quite some time. Your MOL credentials should work for MyView

R23.00.01 was never "Taken down". it was put on Flexnet Operations as two ZIP archives: RM suite, and Standalone.

The original Standalone zip was corrupted.

They have since replaced the corrupted standalone zip with a non-corrupted standalone zip.

I just checked our shop account and so did another shop I have a buddy at. No CPS 23 on either MOL or MyView... Inbound new APX order... im hoping no FW 23 in them.. ugh

I went to try to get APX CPS 23 last night and found my subscription/entitlement had expired, whoops. No big, will just purchase a new... wait what, when I hit Shop, it takes me to the storefront, but then pops up a graphic that says "you've stumbled into the Canadian store, piss off, you should be in the US store" and tries to redirect me there. The US store detects correctly that I have a Canadian IP and sends me to the Canadian store, and so on, infinite redirect loop.

Filed a ticket, they said yeah, we know, it's a bug affecting a lot of people, no ETA to fix. If you really need to shop, call the 800 number.

Hopefully maybe getting a fix in because the shop has been down all day. Similar boat coming from MOL, had access to APX CPS but apparently, my entitlement has expired as well. Really psyched about that since I have 5 R23 radios next to me that just showed up new to the fleet and I have to wait to get a new subscription to get that work done.

That would explain why my APX6000Li and 4000XH didn't reset with S/W ADP: only happens on FDMA (most of my TGs that are strapped encrypted are TDMA or DDM operating in TDMA). Nothing like being a beta tester for MSI!

I get PTSD every time I see a new FW drop. My poor test APXs sit in the corner cowering in fear from the hell that is about to be unleashed upon them.

I was ok with cps 23.00l01. but APX6000s and 7000s lost their encryption keys when loading 23.01.00 firmware. My 8000s and 8500s didn't have that problem. Good thing I had my KVL with me.

See the firmware thread. 23.02 has a bug that drops the keys every time you write the codeplug unless otar is on
