Leaky Motorola Capacitors

I have a Syntor radio HLN6262B securenet option board with one of those leaky capacitors like the SPECTRA's were chock full of.

On the top of the can it reads 10 on top, with 12 in the middle and 50V just below . So what value is that? I have no manual supplement for the board.

If that's an SMD aluminium electrolytic capacitor, it'll be 10uF, 50 volt. Not sure what the 12 is... manufacturer batch number or year of manufacture maybe?
Electros capacitance values follow the standard value sequences: 1, 2.2, 3.3, 4.7, 10, 22 etc etc. Voltage ratings are typically 10, 16, 25, 35 & 50 volts.
