MOTO ONLINE CPS ORDERING

I plan to place an order for the CPS in order to program my XPR 5000 series radio. I have two computers one of which is a laptop, if I order one subscription, can I place the CPS on both computers? What about the 25khz entitlement key?

Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, you can install it on multiple computers just order extra 25khz EIDs. Each EID will only work once

OK,another question, I have the 25khz entitlement key part number but the moto site skips that number of 4046. It goes 4045 and jumps to 4047.

Anyone know where I might find it?

That's the correct part number. Maybe you need to do the 25 KHz (wideband) online course before the part becomes available for order? Not sure.

Notice my account is Canadian; we don't have the narrowband silliness up here. Yet.

Yes, I did the required narrowband training mandate and it shoes that I did. I called moto by phone and they also tried to place on order, the entitlement key was the hangup. They ask me when I did the training, I told them last tuesday. They told me to wait until after next Monday to place the order. Apparently their servers don't get populated until each monday with the required completed training info so until that happens I can't get the 25khz entitlement keys....

Before I took the course, I called customer service and was told that I would have access with 72 hours after taking the course. I took the course and waited, and waited, but the part number was never accessible through MOL. After getting tired of waiting, I called customer service and asked for access, but was told that access would be given only to dealers. After some firm, but friendly discussion, I convinced customer service that I was entitled to the EID as an end user. I stayed on the line with customer service until we verified that I had access.

Do you recall about how long ago you talked with a customer service rep? The reason I ask is that I hope your frank discussion with them opened the door so that the rest of us would not have the same difficulty....
