Motorola XPR7550 Impres battery Error

I just got a brand new Impres battery for my 7550. (PMNN4409AR) I put it on my impres charger and charged it completely before use. I get an error that says "Wrong Battery". It flashes on screen every 4 seconds. The battery info indicates that the first charge was the day I got it in the mail and the service life is 100% Can someone tell me what's going on here? Thank you!

It sounds like the selected Radio Certification Type is either UL or FM so the radio is warning you that the incorrect battery is fitted.
