MOTOTRBO CPS Error 1646

Hey guys... we are running CPS 12.0 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 box. Pretty much every time we launch it, we are getting an error 1646.

I have dumped it out and re-installed, but the issue persists. Anyone else seen this and/or know what it is? I'm hoping for an easy fix action before I call Moto support...

Looks to be related to the Windows system; I'm not sure Windows Server 2008 is supported with CPS 12.

Also, on Win server setups, often sys admins will update things and disrupt single installation of a program on a computer.

If posting about a radio issue: Include the HOST, DSP and UCM/secure firmware versions, flashcode and CPS version you're using along with the operating system info. This is critical information.
