Mototrbo CPS Ver.11 question

I keep seeing folks talking about downloading CPS Ver. 11from the MOL site.
I have a subscription to Mototrbo CPS but have always justwaited to be mailed the updates.
The last on I got was 10.5. Can anyone tell me how todownload Version 11 from MOL ?

There are two ways to get MOTOTRBO CPS to show up in your online account:

- Open a case with them via the case management area on MOL;

- Phone 1-800-814-0601 tomorrow, and have them verify your subscription and then add it to your downloads. It will be under:

Resource Center / Software / Two-Way / MOTOTRBO / CPS/Service /
