We are a multi-county ambulance service migrating from conventional analog to MotoTRBO IP site connect. Discussing options to replace current two-tone notifications. Our best plan so far is email to DMR messaging interface. But we are concerned about messaging delays (waiting on email routing for two minutes to notify ambulances is not good) and reliability (if the dispatch center losses internet access our the email server is down, ambulances aren't getting notified).

Are there other options for us without spending tens of thousands of dollars on radio interfaces and new dispatch consoles?
