Just got mine today. Wow! This thing is COMPACT! For a small 2-watt radio, it's packs a punch. The Active display is very nice. The antenna is compact the range is great. from indoors in my home office, I can reach a repeater 45 miles away with no line-of sight! Easy to program. This really is a "shirt pocket radio". It's that small!

I got the 99-channel model with the ActiveView display. For such a small price differential, It's well worth it to get the 99-channle display model vs the non-display 2-channel model.
