Looking at getting a Nano VNA to have a light weight unit to use beside my Site Master.

Any experience with these 2 models? Pros / cons of each? Or is there a better choice.

Thanks
Cliffy

We have a V1. Not impressed. Build quality sucks and IMO it's a pain in the ass to use. The whole thing screams hobbyist/ham toy. If you have an Anritsu unit I really don't think a NanoVNA is going to buy you much.

In terms of portable VNA we had a Keysight FieldFox which was awesome, but costs like 150 times as much as a NanoVNA so I'd presume that's out.

Thanks for sharing. I am also a ham and the Site master lower floor is 50 MHz. Currently building a 80M / 60M fan dipole for our county EMA. Looking at tools that go lower in frequency.

The dynamic range on the Nano sucks for duplexers.
